Grocapitus CEO Neal Bawa Details the Five AI Tools His Real Estate Company Builds and Uses

Bawa explains the AI agents and apps his team uses, from sorting new deals to tracking tasks, with people making every investment decision.

Build it, test it, find the mistakes, improve the instructions, and then connect it to whatever your next step is.”

FREMONT, CA, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Neal Bawa, founder and CEO of Grocapitus Investments, describes five AI tools his real estate business is building and using in a video. Some are agents; others are focused applications. They address repetitive work, from organizing incoming deals to tracking tasks after meetings.

“An AI first company takes the work that people already do every day and then turns into a repeatable system,” Bawa said. His examples show how that approach applies to daily work, including the points where people need to check the output.

The first tool, the Quick Deal Analyzer, or QDA, puts basic opportunity information into a consistent format. It organizes the price, location and property details, along with broker information and missing data. It helps the team decide which opportunities deserve attention. The decision to buy a property stays with experienced people.

Underwriting requires particular care, Bawa said, because AI may fill gaps with invented information. He describes rules for an underwriting agent that can extract data and compare a deal with investment criteria. It can also prepare broker questions and identify assumptions needing verification. Missing information must be flagged. People retain responsibility for the investment decision.

The Investor Pulse workflow organizes investor communications. It categorizes requests and drafts follow-up messages, while helping the team identify what to do next. Bawa says questions involving projections or investment terms need human review. The same applies to legal language and an investor's personal situation.

For market research, the Market Magic AI app is designed to apply the same questions across different cities. Bawa describes research into population and income growth, alongside other measures such as rents and incoming housing supply. Consistent questions help the team compare markets. People still interpret the information the tool gathers.

The fifth area is back office work. The Run It applications help track decisions and who owns the next step. They also identify deadlines and missing information. Bawa says the same approach can extend to asset management, with information from multiple properties organized in a dashboard for comparison.

Bawa advises starting with a narrow job, such as turning a broker email into a structured deal summary. The team should define the input and desired output, set rules, and specify where a person reviews the work. “Build it, test it, find the mistakes, improve the instructions, and then connect it to whatever your next step is.”
